The present invention relates to an injection device for repair of cracks in a concrete structure using a magnet. The injection device comprises: a base plate selectively opening an opening, in an inner surface of which a rubber ring is inserted, with an on-off valve operated by a lever to inject or refill with epoxy; an outer housing having an injection hole at a side, with the opposite side open, and a second ring formed on an inner surface of an open space part; a cylinder inserted into the space part of the outer housing and making the epoxy filling the inside discharged through the injection hole while reciprocating; an elastic band, such as a rubber string or a spring, having a central portion inserted in a holding groove formed on the cylinder while both ends thereof are fixed to two hooks of the base plate, so that the cylinder elastically moves; and ring-shaped magnets respectively coupled to the outer housing and an outer surface of the cylinder to apply attracting force of magnetism so that the epoxy is injected with a constant force to the last.
본 발명은 자석을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 균열보수용 주입장치에 관한 것으로, 내면에 제1 고무링이 끼워진 개구부를 레버에 의해 작동하는 개폐변으로 선택적으로 개방하면서 에폭시를 주입하거나 보충할 수 있도록 한 받침판과, 일측에 주입구를 가지며 그 타측을 개방하면서 개방된 공간부의 내면에 형성한 제2 고무링을 형성한 외부 하우징과, 상기 외부 하우징의 공간부에 삽입되어 왕복 이동하는 중에 내부에 채운 에폭시를 주입구를 통해 배출되도록 하는 실린더와,, 상기 외부 하우징의 내면과 상기 실린더의 외면에 각각 형성하여 나사 체결의 방식으로 말거나 나사 풀림의 방식으로 당기도록 한 나사부와, 상기 받침판의 두 고리에 양쪽 끝단이 고정된 상태에서 중앙이 상기 실린더에 형성한 걸림홈에 끼워져 실린더가 탄성을 가지고 이동하도록 하는 고무줄이나 스프링과 같은 탄성 밴드와, 상기 외부 하우징 및 상기 실린더의 외면에 각각 결합되어 자력에 의해 당기는 힘이 작용하도록 하면서 끝까지 일정한 힘으로 주입할 수 있도록 하는 링형 자석들로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
