Method of constructing adiabatic structure for high efficient fire-resistance and anti-dew
Disclosed is an internal insulation method for dew condensation prevention using a high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure. According to the present invention, the internal insulation method for dew condensation prevention using a high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure insulates the inside of a building and comprises: a step (S1) of preparing a high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure; a step (S2) of preparing a connection member having a T-shaped or an L-shaped cross section; a step (S3) of installing the connection member on a prescribed portion in the building; a step (S4) of inserting a mounting groove of the high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure in the installed connection member; and a step (S5) of inserting a second connection member into a mounting groove formed on the other side of the high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure in which the connection member is inserted to fix the high-efficiency fire-resistant insulation structure on a wall. Fire resistant performance and fire safety are improved in comparison to a conventional wet internal insulation method using an insulator, a plaster board, a composite insulator, a concrete brick, and cement mortar. Dew condensation is blocked and insulation performance is maximized by excellent airtight performance to reduce energy of the building. Space efficiency in the building is increased by use of a high efficiency insulator. Dry construction of an integrated insulation structure of the high efficiency insulator and a nonflammable finishing plate by the connection member improves construction convenience, shortens a construction period, and reduces construction costs.
본 발명은 고효율 내화형 단열구조체를 이용한 결로방지용 내단열시공방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 고효율 내화형 단열구조체를 이용한 결로방지용 내단열시공방법은 건축물의 내부를 단열시공하는 데 있어서, 고효율 내화형 단열구조체를 준비하는 단계(S1)와, 단면이 T자형, 자형 또는 L자형인 연결부재를 준비하는 단계(S2)와, 상기 연결부재를 건축물 내부 소정부위에 설치하는 단계(S3)와, 상기 설치된 연결부재에 고효율 내화형 단열구조체의 결합홈을 삽입시키는 단계(S4) 및 상기 연결부재가 삽입된 고효율 내화형 단열구조체의 타측면에 형성된 결합홈에 제2의 연결부재를 삽입하여 벽체에 고정시키는 단계(S5)를 포함하는 특징이 있는데, 이에 의할 때, 단열재, 석고보드, 복합단열재, 콘크리트 벽돌, 시멘트모르타르 등을 이용하여 습식으로 시공하는 기존 내단열 공법에 비해 내화성능, 화재안전성을 개선시키고, 탁월한 기밀성능으로 결로현상을 근본적으로 차단시킴과 동시에 단열성능을 극대화하여 건축물의 에너지를 절감하고, 고효율 단열재의 사용으로 건물 내부의 공간활용성을 높이며, 고효율단열재와 불연마감판재의 일체형 단열구조체를 연결부재에 의한 건식시공으로 시공편의성을 향상시키고, 공사기간을 단축시키며, 공사비용을 절감시킬 수 있
