Insulating material fixing apparatus
Provided is an insulating material fixing apparatus, comprising: a head unit which has a plate-shaped and where a lower side surface closely comes into contacted with an insulating material and which allows a finish material to be adhered and supported through an adhesive member coated on an upper surface; a body unit for fixing the insulating material to a wall body through being inserted into the wall body by penetrating and emitting an insertion end while a head of a fixing nail emitted from a tip of a tablet machine is hooked and supported by being vertically extended from the head and being inserted into the insulating material closely attached to the wall body in a predetermined depth; and a hit unit formed to be protruded, having the predetermined height on an extended part of the head unit and the body unit and inserting the body unit into the insulating material by being hit through a hitting tool when inserting the body unit into the insulating material.
본 발명에 의하면, 판 형상을 가지고 단열재에 하측면이 밀착되며 상측면에 도포된 접착부재를 통해 마감재가 접착 지지되도록 하는 머리부; 머리부로부터 수직하게 연장되고 벽체에 밀착된 단열재에 소정 깊이로 삽입되어 타정기의 팁으로부터 발사되는 고정못의 헤드가 걸림 지지된 상태에서 삽입단이 관통 발사되어 벽체에 삽입되는 것을 통해 단열재가 벽체에 고정되도록 하는 몸통부; 및 머리부와 몸통부의 연장 부위에 소정 높이를 가지면서 돌출 형성되어 몸통부가 단열재에 삽입시 타격용 공구에 의해 타격되어 몸통부가 단열재에 삽입되도록 하는 타격부를 포함하는 단열재 고정장치가 제공된다.
