Flame-retardant sandwich panel for construction materials
The present invention relates to a flame-retardant sandwich panel for building construction comprising: one lateral panel wherein first, second, and third anchor units are formed; the other lateral panel wherein first, second, and third anchor units are formed; upper fixtures and lower seating units on the lateral panel and the other lateral panel; and a foaming concrete material filled between the lateral panel and the other lateral panel. The flame-retardant sandwich panel for building construction is easy to assemble by having the upper fixtures and the lower seating units formed in the lateral panel and the other lateral panel, capable of improving a soundproofing effect with the foaming concrete material filled between the lateral panel and the other lateral panel; and obtaining a cold-protection function, a waterproof function, and fire retardant properties preventing the sandwich panel from being burned by fire. The flame-retardant sandwich panel for building construction comprises: the lateral panel (10a) having the first anchor unit (11a) bent downwards from an upper part, the second anchor unit (12a) bent downwards from a central inner part, the third anchor unit (13a) bent upwards from a lower part including a protrusion inclination unit (14a) on an upper part to allow the upper and lower parts to be stepped; the other lateral panel (10b) having the first anchor unit (11b) installed to face the lateral panel (10a) at an interval and bent downwards from an upper part, the second anchor unit (12b) bent downwards from a central inner part, the third anchor unit (14b) bent upwards from an upper part having a protrusion inclination unit (14b) on the upper part to allow the upper and lower parts to be stepped; and the foaming concrete material (20) filled between the lateral panel (10a) and the other lateral panel (10b).
본 발명은 제1,2,3앵커부를 형성한 일측 패널과, 제1,2,3앵커부를 형성한 타측 패널과, 일,타측패널에 상부결합구 및 하부안착부가 형성되고, 일측 패널과 타측 패널사이에 충진된 발포콘크리트재로 형성하여 건축자재용 샌드위치패널로 구성하여 샌드위치패널의 일,타측패널의 상부결합구 및 하부안착부로 샌드위치패널 조립의 용이성을 확보하고, 일,타측패널에 충진된 발포콘크리트재로 인해 샌드위치패널에 방음효과를 높이고, 방한 및 방수기능을 부여하며, 샌드위치패널에 불에 잘타지 않는 난연성을 갖도록한 건축자재용 난연성 샌드위치패널은; 상부에서 하부로 절곡된 제1앵커부(11a)와, 중부내부에 하부로 절곡된 제2앵커부(12a)와, 하부에서 상부로 절곡된 제3앵커부(13a)를 형성하고, 상부에는 상부와 하부가 단턱지게 단턱경사부(14a)가 형성된 일측 패널(10a)과; 상기 일측 패널(10a)과 마주하여 거리를 두고 설치되고, 상부에서 하부로 절곡된 제1앵커부(11b)와, 중부내부에 하부로 절곡된 제2앵커부(12b)와, 하부에서 상부로 절곡된 제3앵커부(13b)를 형성하고 상부에는 상부와 하부가 단턱지게 단턱경사부(14b)가 형성된 타측 패널(10b)과; 상기 일측 패널(10a)과 상기 타측 패널(10b)의 사이에 충진된 발포 콘크리트재(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
