The present invention relates to a hinge for a case having a stopper function, which couples a door to a case so that the door is opened at a constant angle when opened. The hinge for a case having a stopper function, which couples a door to a case body so that the door can rotate at a predetermined angle, comprises: a fastening member which is formed in a square bracket shape, in which bolt coupling holes spaced apart from each other are formed in a side surface thereof to allow the fastening member to be coupled to the case body via bolts, and in which axial holes are formed to penetrate the fastening member from a top of the fastening member to a bottom of the fastening member; an axial bar which is coupled to the fastening member through the axial holes while exposing a central portion thereof, in which an insertion groove is formed in a longitudinal direction, and in which a guide rail groove is formed to extend in the longitudinal direction and to have a predetermined depth in a transverse direction; and a rotation member which has a protrusion formed on one lateral side to be inserted into the guide rail groove to move along the guide rail groove, and is rotatably coupled to the exposed central portion of the axial bar. Accordingly, provided is an effect that costs required to install the door on the case can be reduced.
본 발명은 내부에 스톱퍼 기능이 구비된 힌지를 이용하여 외함에 도어를 결합시켜 도어 개방시 항상 일정한 개방 각도로 개방되도록 하는 스톱퍼 기능이 구비된 외함용 힌지에 관한 것으로, 일정 각도로 회전 가능하도록 외함 본체에 도어를 결합시키는 외함용 힌지에 있어서, 'ㄷ' 형상을 이루며, 상기 외함 본체에 볼트로 결합되도록 측면에 일정 간격으로 이격된 볼트 결합공이 형성되어 있으며, 상하 단면에 관통되는 축공이 형성되어 있는 고정부재; 고정부재의 축공에 결합되되, 중앙부위에 노출되도록 상기 고정부재에 결합되며, 길이방향으로 삽입홈이 형성되어 있으며, 길이방향에 연장되어 세로방향으로 일정 깊이를 가지는 가이드레일 홈이 형성되어 있는 축봉; 및 측면 일측에 가이드레일 홈에 삽입되어 가이드레일 홈을 따라서 가동되는 돌기가 형성되어 있으며, 노출된 축공 중앙부위에 회동 가능하도록 결합된 회동부재를 포함한다. 이에, 외함 도어의 설치비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
