Eco-Friendly Quick-hardening Concrete Composition for Paving Bridges and Roads Using Seaweeds and Cannabis and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a quick hardening concrete composition comprising, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 2 to 15 parts by weight of hemp; 3 to 15 parts by weight of seaweeds; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 10 to 50 parts by weight of prepolymer; 2 to 20 parts by weight of emulsion hardener; 10 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 10 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 3 to 15 parts by weight of high functional powder; 5 to 20 parts by weight of silicate; 1 to 10 parts by weight of defoamer; 3 to 10 parts by weight of accelerator; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of high performance water-reducing agent. According to the present invention, a quick hardening concrete composition for paving bridges and roads minimizes an influence on ambient temperature change, so occurrence of cracks, scaling-off, removal (porthole), etc. can be prevented. Further there is an advantageous effect that the quick hardening concrete composition is easily applied to bridge surface pavement owing to high compressive strength and an excellent preventive effect with respect to initial icing in winter.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 대마 2 내지 15중량부; 해조류 3 내지 10중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 프리 폴리머 10 내지 50중량부; 에멀젼 경화제 2 내지 20중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 30중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 10 내지 30중량부; 고기능 파우더 3 내지 15중량부; 실리케이트 5 내지 20중량부; 소포제 1 내지 10중량부; 촉진제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 속경성 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 교량 및 도로포장용 속경성 콘크리트 조성물은 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 동절기 초기결빙에 대한 예방효과가 뛰어남과 동시에 압축강도가 높아 교면포장에 적용하기 용이한 효과가 있다.
