Eco-Friendly Concrete Composition for Paving Bridges and Roads Using Seaweeds and Cannabis and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a concrete composition comprising, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 2 to 20 parts by weight of hemp; 2 to 20 parts by weight of seaweeds; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 10 to 50 parts by weight of polymer resin; 2 to 20 parts by weight of hardener; 1 to 8 parts by weight of defoamer; 3 to 40 parts by weight of filler; 5 to 30 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 10 to 70 parts by weight of slag; 10 to 100 parts by weight of ash; 5 to 40 parts by weight of deformation prevention agent; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of high performance water-reducing agent. According to the present invention, a concrete composition for paving bridges and roads prevents infiltration water and a porthole, reduces noise while suppressing plastic deformation, aging and/or scaling-off, and enables to perform bridge and road pavement at low costs.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 대마 2 내지 20중량부; 해조류 2 내지 20중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 고분자 수지 10 내지 50중량부; 경화제 2 내지 20중량부; 소포제 1 내지 8중량부; 충진제 3 내지 40중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 슬래그 10 내지 70중량부; 애시 10 내지 100중량부; 변형방지제 5 내지 40중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 교량 및 도로포장용 콘크리트 조성물은 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 교량 및 도로포장을 수행할 수 있도록 한다.
