Permeable complex waterproof material
The present invention relates to a permeable waterproofing coating agent and a construction method using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a liquid waterproofing agent comprising: 34 to 44 wt% of cement dispersant; 4 to 5 wt% of fatty acid metal salt; 3 to 4 wt% of surfactant; 5 to 7 wt% of micro silica; 5 to 6 wt% of talc; 8 to 9 wt% of calcium carbonate; 10 to 11 wt% of acrylic emulsion; 10 to 11 wt% of a polymer material; 10 to 11 wt% of dimethylsiloxane; and 1 to 2 wt% of synthetic rubber, which is directly applied on concrete or mortar such that the concrete or mortar is watertight owing to penetration of soluble components and moisture permeation is prevented at the same time. To this end, the liquid waterproofing agent comprises: 34 to 44 wt% of cement dispersant; 4 to 5 wt% of fatty acid metal salt; 3 to 4 wt% of surfactant; 5 to 7 wt% of micro silica; 5 to 6 wt% of talc; 8 to 9 wt% of calcium carbonate; 10 to 11 wt% of acrylic emulsion; 10 to 11 wt% of a polymer material; 10 to 11 wt% of dimethyl siloxane; and 1 to 2 wt% of synthetic rubber.
본 발명은 침투성 도포 방수제 및 그를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 시멘트분산제 34 ~ 44중량%와, 지방산금속염 4 ~ 5중량%와, 계면활성제 3 ~ 4중량%와, 마이크로실리카 5 ~ 7중량%와, 탈크 5 ~ 6중량%와, 탄산칼슘 8 ~ 9중량%와, 아크릴에멀젼 10 ~ 11중량%와, 고분자물질 10 ~ 11중량%와, 다이메탈실록세인 10 ~ 11중량%, 및 합성고무 1 ~ 2 중량%로 조성된 액체방수제를 제공함으로써, 콘크리트 또는 모르타르에 직접 바름에 따라 가용성 성분이 침투하여 수밀화하는 동시에 수분이 스며드는 것을 방지하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 시멘트분산제 34 ~ 44중량%; 지방산금속염 4 ~ 5중량%; 계면활성제 3 ~ 4중량%; 마이크로실리카 5 ~ 7중량%; 탈크 5 ~ 6중량%; 탄산칼슘 8 ~ 9중량%; 아크릴에멀젼 10 ~ 11중량%; 고분자물질 10 ~ 11중량%; 다이메탈실록세인 10 ~ 11중량; 및 합성고무 1 ~ 2 중량%;로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
