The present invention relates to a frame having a prefabricated structure and, more specifically, to a frame having a prefabricated structure, in which interior/exterior panels are fixed to inner/outer walls of a building or a vertical frame as a vertical structure and a horizontal frame as a horizontal structure to be used as various structures (example: plastic house, bed, bookshelf, shelf, etc.) are fitted and assembled without welding construction and bolt construction to be easily installed and uninstalled, factors of fire and corrosion at the time of welding construction are removed, additional bolt assembly is not necessary, it is possible to reduce construction time, and it is possible to significantly reduce labor costs. To achieve such an object, a prefabricated frame for fixing an exterior frame according to the present invention comprises: a vertical frame (100) which is disposed vertically, is provided with a plurality of coupling grooves (110) at a predetermined interval along a lengthwise direction on the left and right sides thereof, and is provided with a plurality of bolt holes (120) among the coupling grooves (110); and a horizontal frame (200) which is disposed horizontally, and is provided with a pair of hook pieces (210) formed to protrude and provided with a hook groove (211) to be inserted, fitted, and fixed to the coupling groove (110) formed in the vertical frame (100), at both ends thereof.
본 발명은 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 내/외벽에 내/외장패널을 고정하거나 다양한 구조물(예: 비닐하우스,침대,책장,진열대 등)로 사용하기 위한 수직 구조물인 수직프레임과 수평 구조물인 수평프레임을 용접시공 및 볼트시공 과정이 없이 끼움 조립시킴으로써 설치 및 해체가 용이하고, 용접시공시 화재 발생이나 부식 발생 요인을 제거함과 아울러 따로 볼트 조립이 필요 없어 공사시간을 단축함은 물론 인건비를 현저히 줄일 수 있도록 한 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은 수직방향으로 배치되며, 좌/우측면에는 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 다수개의 체결홈(110)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 다수개의 체결홈(110)과 체결홈(110)의 각 사이에는 각각 다수개의 볼트공(120)이 형성된 수직프레임(100); 및 수평방향으로 배치되며, 양끝단에는 각각 상기 수직프레임(100)에 형성된 체결홈(110)에 삽입되어 끼움 고정되도록 걸이홈(211)이 형성된 한 쌍의 걸고리편(210)이 돌출 형성된 수평프레임(200);을 포함하여 구성된 외장프레임 고정용 조립식 프레임을 제공한다.
