A frame having a prefabricated structure
The present invention relates to a frame having a prefabricated structure and, more specifically, relates to a frame having a prefabricated structure which inserts and assembles a vertical and a horizontal frame (pipe) used variously in a stairway handrail of a building or a guardrail installed as a safety facility without a process of welding and bolt mounting to facilitate installation and disassembly; removes a fire or a corrosion factor when welding; and eliminates a need for separate bolt assembly to shorten a construction time and remarkably reduce material costs and labor costs. According to the present invention, the frame having a prefabricated structure comprises: a vertical frame (100) arranged vertically and provided with a pair of mounting grooves (110) separated from each other, and formed on a left and a right side thereof in a longitudinal direction to insert and fixate a pair of hanging loop parts (210) formed on a horizontal frame; and the horizontal frame (200) arranged horizontally and provided with the hanging loop parts (210) protruding from both ends thereof to be inserted and fixated in the mounting grooves (110) formed on the vertical frame (100).
본 발명은 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 계단손잡이나 안전시설로 설치되는 난간 등 다양하게 이용되는 수직 및 수평프레임(파이프)을 용접시공 및 볼트시공 과정이 없이 끼움 조립시킴으로써 설치 및 해체가 용이하고, 용접시공시 화재 발생이나 부식 발생 요인을 제거함과 아울러 따로 볼트 조립이 필요 없어 공사기간을 단축함은 물론 자재비와 인건비를 현저히 줄일 수 있도록 한 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은 수직방향으로 배치되며, 좌/우측면에는 수평프레임에 각각 형성된 한 쌍의 걸고리편(210)이 삽입되어 고정되도록 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 한 쌍의 체결홈(110)이 형성된 수직프레임(100); 및 수평방향으로 배치되며, 양측 끝단에는 각각 상기 수직프레임(100)에 형성된 한 쌍의 체결홈(110)에 끼움 고정되도록 한 쌍의 걸고리편(210)이 각각 돌출 형성된 수평프레임(200);을 포함하여 구성된 조립식 구조를 갖는 프레임을 제공한다.
