According to the present invention, an apparatus for a track gauge adjustment and insulation for railroad construction on a track on which a first rail and a second rail are installed comprises: a first support having a horizontal bearing member mounted on a lower side of the first rail, and a first depth adjustment unit formed on the other side of the horizontal bearing member; a second support having a horizontal bearing member mounted on a lower side of the second rail; a connector wherein a second depth adjustment unit is formed on one side thereof, and the other side thereof mounted on one side of the second support; and a controller having a first adjustment member coupled to the first depth adjustment unit of the first support and formed on one side thereof, a second adjustment member coupled to the second depth adjustment unit of the connector and formed on the other side thereof, and an insulator wherein both sides thereof are inserted into the first and the second adjustment member, and an adjustment unit formed in the middle thereof.
본 발명은 제1레일과 제2레일이 설치된 선로에 있어서, 상기 제1레일의 하측부에 결합되는 수평버팀재와 상기 수평버팀재의 타측에 형성되는 제1깊이조절부가 형성되는 제1지지대와, 상기 제2레일의 하측부에 결합되는 수평버팀재를 구비하는 제2지지대와, 일측에 제2깊이조절부가 형성되고 타측이 상기 제2지지대의 일측에 결합되는 연결대와, 상기 제1지지대의 제1깊이조절부에 체결되는 제1조절부재가 일측에 형성되고, 상기 연결대의 제2깊이조절부에 체결되는 제2조절부재가 타측에 형성되며 상기 제1조절부재와 제2조절부재에 양측이 삽입되고 중앙에 조절부가 형성된 절연체를 구비하는 조절기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도공사용 궤간조절 및 절연장치에 의해 달성된다.
