PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A balcony includes: a gable girder 2 that is extended in parallel with an eaves edge side from a side wall side of a building skeleton; a front girder 3 that connects tips of the gable girders 2 together; a pair of water gathering basins 18a and 18b that are provided within the front girder 3; and a front-girder horizontal gutter 19 that connects the pair of water gathering basins 18a and 18b together. In the case where the pair of water gathering basins 18a and 18b is provided within the front girder 3, a mounting position of the other water gathering basin 18b is set lower than a mounting position of the one water gathering basin 18a so that the front-girder horizontal gutter 19 can be inclined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工性を向上させることができるバルコニーを提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】建物躯体の側壁側から軒先側に並行させて延設した妻桁２と、妻桁２の先端間を接続する前桁３と、前桁３に内に設けられている一対の集水枡１８ａ，１８ｂと、一対の集水枡１８ａ，１８ｂを繋ぐ前桁横樋１９と、を有し、一対の集水枡１８ａ，１８ｂを前桁３内に設けるにあたって、一方の集水枡１８ａの取り付け位置より他方の集水枡１８ｂの取り付け位置を低くすることによって、前桁横樋１９に勾配を設けている。【選択図】図２
