STRUCTURE OF ROTARY DOOR CHECKER
The present invention relates to a structure of a rotary door checker and, more specifically, relates to a structure of a rotary door checker, which comprises: a checker arm penetrated and inserted to be moved to a plate base in which a hollow portion is formed; and a fixing unit connected to one end of the checker arm, and rotationally coupled to a mounting bracket with a hinge axis as a medium. When opening and closing a vehicle door, the checker arm is moved along a hollow portion of the plate base, and at the same time, is rotated about a central axis. A moderate feeling occurs in accordance with relative movement of the checker arm and the fixing unit. Therefore, there is not concern of contamination caused by a foreign substance and a loss of a lubricant, and uniform operation noise and operation power can be maintained.
본 발명은 차량의 도어체커 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 중공이 형성된 플레이트베이스에 이동 가능하도록 관통 삽입되는 체커암 및 상기 체커암의 일단에 연결되며, 힌지축을 매개로 마운팅브라켓에 회동 가능하도록 결합되는 고정부를 포함하되, 차량의 도어 개폐시, 상기 체커암은 플레이트베이스의 중공을 따라 이동함과 동시에 중심축을 기준으로 회전하고, 상기 체커암과 고정부의 상대적인 움직임에 따라 절도감이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 이물질에 의한 오염 및 윤활제의 소실 우려가 없으며 균일한 작동소음 및 작동력을 유지할 수 있는 회전식 도어체커 구조에 관한 것이다.
