The present invention relates to a sealed structure for a sliding window, capable of blocking wind, foreign substances, or rainwater from flowing from the outdoor side to the indoor side by sealing a gap between a window frame and a window. The sealed structure for a sliding window comprises a sliding window frame and a sealing unit. The sliding window frame includes: the window frame having a pair of first rails formed lengthwise on the upper surface and the lower surface side by side, and a pair of second rails formed lengthwise on both sides of the inside, wherein the window frame is installed on a wall; a pair of the windows installed to be open on the left and the right of the inside of the window frame, wherein a first insertion groove in which the first rail is inserted is formed lengthwise on the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer side and a second insertion groove in which the second rail is inserted is formed lengthwise on both sides of the outer side; a roller installed on the inner surface of the first insertion groove to be guided to the first rail by sliding; and mohair individually installed on the both sides of the pair of first and second rails and an open adjacency of the first and second insertion grooves. The sealing unit includes: a hardened insertion body enclosing the first and second rails; an adhesive installed on the inner surface of the insertion body and bonded to the first and second rails; and a soft sealing wing piece attached to the inner surface of the first and second insertion grooves by protruding from both sides of the insertion body. The sealing unit seals the gap between the first and second rails and the first and second insertion grooves.
본 발명은 미닫이 창호의 밀폐구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 한 쌍의 제1레일이 내부의 윗면과 아랫면에 나란하게 길게 형성되고 한 쌍의 제2레일이 내부의 양 측면에 나란하게 길게 형성되며 벽체에 설치되는 창틀과, 각 제1레일이 삽입되는 제1삽입홈이 외부의 윗면과 아랫면에 길게 형성되고 각 제2레일이 삽입되는 제2삽입홈이 외부의 양 측면에 길게 형성되며 창틀의 내부 좌,우로 개폐되게 설치되는 한 쌍의 창문과, 제1레일에 슬라이딩 안내되도록 제1삽입홈의 내면에 설치되는 롤러와, 한 쌍의 제1,2레일의 양쪽과 제1,2삽입홈의 개방된 주변에 각각 설치되는 모헤어를 포함한 미닫이 창호 프레임에 있어서, 제1,2레일을 감싸도록 형성된 경질의 끼움몸체와, 끼움몸체의 내면에 구비되어 제1,2레일에 접착되는 접착제와, 끼움몸체의 양 측면에서 돌출 형성되어 제1,2삽입홈의 내면에 밀착되는 연질의 밀폐날개편이 포함된 밀폐구를 더 구성하여, 제1,2레일과 제1,2삽입홈 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이 창호의 밀폐구조에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a sealed structure for a sliding window, capable of blocking wind, foreign substances, or rainwater from flowing from the outdoor side to the indoor side by sealing a gap between a window frame and a window. The sealed structure for a sliding window comprises a sliding window frame and a sealing unit. The sliding window frame includes: the window frame having a pair of first rails formed lengthwise on the upper surface and the lower surface side by side, and a pair of second rails formed lengthwise on both sides of the inside, wherein the window frame is installed on a wall; a pair of the windows installed to be open on the left and the right of the inside of the window frame, wherein a first insertion groove in which the first rail is inserted is formed lengthwise on the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer side and a second insertion groove in which the second rail is inserted is formed lengthwise on both sides of the outer side; a roller installed on the inner surface of the first insertion groove to be guided to the first rail by sliding; and mohair individually installed on the both sides of the pair of first and second rails and an open adjacency of the first and second insertion grooves. The sealing unit includes: a hardened insertion body enclosing the first and second rails; an adhesive installed on the inner surface of the insertion body and bonded to the first and second rails; and a soft sealing wing piece attached to the inner surface of the first and second insertion grooves by protruding from both sides of the insertion body. The sealing unit seals the gap between the first and second rails and the first and second insertion grooves.
본 발명은 미닫이 창호의 밀폐구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 한 쌍의 제1레일이 내부의 윗면과 아랫면에 나란하게 길게 형성되고 한 쌍의 제2레일이 내부의 양 측면에 나란하게 길게 형성되며 벽체에 설치되는 창틀과, 각 제1레일이 삽입되는 제1삽입홈이 외부의 윗면과 아랫면에 길게 형성되고 각 제2레일이 삽입되는 제2삽입홈이 외부의 양 측면에 길게 형성되며 창틀의 내부 좌,우로 개폐되게 설치되는 한 쌍의 창문과, 제1레일에 슬라이딩 안내되도록 제1삽입홈의 내면에 설치되는 롤러와, 한 쌍의 제1,2레일의 양쪽과 제1,2삽입홈의 개방된 주변에 각각 설치되는 모헤어를 포함한 미닫이 창호 프레임에 있어서, 제1,2레일을 감싸도록 형성된 경질의 끼움몸체와, 끼움몸체의 내면에 구비되어 제1,2레일에 접착되는 접착제와, 끼움몸체의 양 측면에서 돌출 형성되어 제1,2삽입홈의 내면에 밀착되는 연질의 밀폐날개편이 포함된 밀폐구를 더 구성하여, 제1,2레일과 제1,2삽입홈 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이 창호의 밀폐구조에 관한 것이다.
