The present invention relates to a plane arrangement structure of a community-type apartment house. The plane arrangement structure of a community-type apartment house comprises: a first hall extended in a north and a south direction; a second hall and a third hall extended from a north end of the first hall; and a plurality of household rooms arranged along the first, the second, and the third hall. A plurality of household rooms are arranged along both edges of the first hall to form a first household group, and a plurality of household rooms are arranged on one edge of the second hall and the third hall facing the first hall to form a second household group and a third household group.
본 발명은 커뮤니티형 공동 주택의 평면 배치에 관한 것으로, 남북 방향으로 연장된 제1 복도와, 상기 제1 복도의 북쪽 끝단에서 각각 연장되는 제2 복도 및 제3 복도와, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 복도를 따라 배치된 복수의 세대실을 포함하되, 상기 제1 복도에는 그 양변을 따라 복수의 세대실이 배치되어 제1 세대군을 이루고, 상기 제2 복도 및 제3 복도에는 각각 상기 제1 복도를 향한 일변에 복수의 세대실이 배치되어 각각 제2 세대군 및 제3 세대군을 이룬다.
