Joint structure of door with hollow block
The present invention relates to a joint structure forming one door by mutually coupling a horizontal door frame and a vertical door frame formed in the door to be hollow and, more specifically, to a hollow structure door in which partitions are formed in a horizontal door frame and a vertical door frame. The joint structure comprises: a horizontal door frame positioned in the center of a door; a coupling hollow part formed by a partition so that both ends thereof are coupled with vertical frames, respectively; a connector attached to a coupling side surface coupled with the vertical door frame; and an insertion mount unit having one side surface with an attachment side surface attached to the coupling side surface of the vertical door frame and a curved other side surface, and inserted to correspond to the coupling hollow part of the horizontal door frame and fixed to the coupling hollow part. The joint structure can easily couple the horizontal door frame and the vertical door frame using one door by a simple connector, can be convenient in construction and can be cheap by being very easily assembled or disassembled, can minimize configuration of a door by providing a structure of easily assembling or disassembling one door using a connector corresponding to a hollow shape of the vertical door frame and the horizontal door frame, and can provide a structure in which appearance of the coupled door is not damaged by a fastening means.
본 발명은 본 발명은 내부의 중공형상으로 이루어진 수평문틀과 수직문틀을 상호 결합하여, 1개의 도어를 만드는 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수평문틀과 수직문틀이 내부에 격판이 형성된 중공형상으로 이루어진 도어에 있어서, 상기 수평문틀은 도어의 중앙에 위치하며, 양단부에 상기 수직문틀이 각각 결합되도록 상기 격판에 의하여 결합중공부가 형성되며; 상기 수직문틀의 결합되는 결합측면에 연결구가 부착되며; 상기 연결구의 일측면은 수직문틀의 결합측면에 부착되는 부착측면이 형성되며, 타측면은 절곡되고, 상기 수평문틀의 결합중공부에 대응되어 삽입장착되도록 삽입장착부가 형성되며, 상기 결합중공부에 고정되도록; 이루어진 중공형상의 도어 결합구조를 제공하는 것이다. 이는 수평문틀과 수직문틀를 간단한 형상의 연결구에 의하여 1개의 도어로 손쉽게 상호 결합되도록 하며, 조립시 또는 분해시가 매우 간단하여, 시공이 편리하고, 제품단가가 매우 저렴한 효과가 있는 것이다. 또한, 주어진 수평 및 수직문틀의 중공형상을 대응되는 연결구를 부착하여, 손쉽게 1개의 도어를 결합하거나, 분해하는 구조를 제공하여, 도어를 형성하는 구성을 최소로 하는 효과가 있는 것이다. 또한, 결합된 도어의 외관이 체결수단에 의하여 전혀 손상되는 않는 구조를 제공하는 효과가 있는 것이다.
