Combing Structure Of Hollow Block For A Hollow Door
The present invention relates to a hollow block combination structure of a hollow door and a combination method thereof. According to the present invention, the hollow block combination structure of the hollow door comprises: a roller adjustment hole (3) formed on a bottom end of an external edge plate material (6) of a longitudinal hollow block (30); a female-shaped fastening member (5) parallelly extended along a plate surface on an external transverse internal force plate material (6) of a transverse hollow block (40) extended to the sides of the hollow door (10); a fastening hole (7) penetrated to be placed on the same axis as the female-shaped fastening member (5); and a male-shaped fastening member (9) fastened with the female-shaped fastening member (5) by being inserted into the fastening hole (7) through the roller adjustment hole (3) to combine the longitudinal hollow block (30) with the transverse hollow block (40). As such, the present invention is able to maximize work efficiency in accordance with the combination of hollow blocks by processing the fastening hole on an internal longitudinal internal force plate material of the longitudinal hollow block by using the roller adjustment hole formed on a bottom end of the external edge plate material of the longitudinal hollow block to adjust a roller and by combining the male-shaped fastening member with the female-shaped fastening member of the transverse hollow block through the fastening hole.
본 발명은 중공문짝의 중공블럭 결합구조 및 결합방법에 관한 것으로, 종방향 중공블럭(30)의 외측 모서리판재(6) 하단에 개방되는 호차조정공(3); 상기 중공문짝(10)의 좌우로 연장된 횡방향 중공블럭(40)의 외측 횡내력판재(6)에 판면을 따라 나란하게 연장된 암형 체결부재(5); 상기 암형 체결부재(5)와 동축 상에 위치하도록 관통되는 체결공(7); 및 외부에서 상기 호차조정공(3)을 통해 상기 체결공(7)에 끼워져 상기 암형 체결부재(5)에 체결됨으로써, 상기 종방향 중공블럭(30)과 상기 횡방향 중공블럭(40)을 결합시키는 수형 체결부재(9);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 따라서 호차를 조정하기 위해 종방향 중공블럭의 외측 모서리판재 하단에 개방된 호차조정공을 이용해 종방향 중공블럭의 내측 종내력판재에 체결공을 가공하고, 이 체결공을 통해 수형 체결부재를 횡방향 중공블럭의 암형 체결부재에 결합함으로써 중공블럭의 결합에 따른 작업 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있게 된다.
