The present invention relates to an apparatus to assemble a tempered glass door. According to the present invention, the apparatus to assemble a tempered glass door having a top bar, a bottom bar, and a middle bar formed around a boundary, and to combine multiple glass sheets comprises: a worktable having a support plate in an upper part and installed on the ground; multiple glass sheet support devices formed on the upper surface of the support plate, and holding and supporting the glass sheet; a side fixation device formed on the upper surface of the support plate, and symmetrically installed in four places to be arranged in a rectangular shape, so as to press and support the side surface of a door assembly body; and a pressing device to press and support the glass sheet and the upper part of the middle bar. According to the present invention, the height of a frame can be stably maintained without twisting, assembly of the top bar, the bottom bar, and the middle bar can be quickly and correctly performed without an error, so work efficiency can be enhanced.
본 발명은 강화 유리도어 조립장치에 관한 것으로, 외곽의 상단바와 하단바와 중간바로 구성되며, 다수의 유리판이 결합되어 이루어진 강화 유리도어를 조립하는 것으로, 상부에 받침판이 형성되고 지면에 설치되는 작업대; 상기 받침판의 상면에 다수 형성되며 유리판을 받쳐 지지하는 유리판지지장치; 상기 받침판의 상면에 형성되며 4곳에 대칭되게 배치되어 사각형으로 배치되어 도어조립체의 측면을 가압 지지하는 측면고정장치; 상기 유리판 및 중간바의 상부를 가압하여 지지하는 가압장치;를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 프레임을 비틀림없이 안정적으로 높이 유지가 수행될 수 있고, 상단바와 하단바 및 중간바 들의 조립이 신속하면서 오차없이 정확하게 조립할 수 있어 작업 능률이 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
