APPARATUS FOR BLOCKING DOOR CREVICE OF TEMPERED GLASS DOOR
The present invention relates to a door airtightness maintaining device for a tempered glass door. The door airtightness maintaining device for a tempered glass door comprises: a human sensor (8) for sensing a pedestrian (6) around the inner side and the outer side of an entrance (4) in which the tempered glass door (2) is installed; a blade actuator (14) installed in one or more among metal reinforcing plates (14) formed at an edge of the tempered glass door (2) and a door frame (10) of the tempered glass door (2) by being extended, wherein the blade actuator (14) has a blade (16) for blocking a door gap, which can operate to move forward and backward; and a control unit (20) blocking the door gap (18) of the tempered glass door (2) by controlling the blade (16) of the blade actuator (14) in order for the blade (16) to protrude in a regular day when the pedestrian (6) is not detected by the human sensor (8), wherein the control unit (20) controls the blade (16) protruding in accordance with the sensing of the pedestrian (6) by the human sensor (8) in order for the blade (16) to be operated to be inserted. The door airtightness maintaining device for a tempered glass door minimizes cooling and heating losses as the blade (16) is inserted when the pedestrian (6) passes. The door airtightness maintaining device for a tempered glass door provides sufficient soundproof performance on the outside and safety. Also, the door airtightness maintaining device for a tempered glass door remotely can maintain airtightness of the door gap (18) by being remotely controlled by a smartphone (28) which a user around the entrance carries.
본 발명은 강화유리문을 위한 문틈새 기밀유지장치에 관한 것으로, 강화유리문(2)이 설치된 출입구(4) 내외측 부근에 통행자(6)를 감지하기 위해 설치된 인체감지센서(8)와, 강화유리문(2)의 문틀(10) 및 강화유리문(2)의 가장자리에 연장 형성된 금속보강판(14) 사이 중 하나 이상에 내장 설치되며, 출몰작동이 가능한 문틈차단용 블레이드(16)를 갖는 블레이드 액츄에이터(14)와, 인체감지센서(8)로부터 통행자(6)가 미감지되는 평상시에는 블레이드 액츄에이터(14)의 블레이드(16)를 돌출시키도록 제어하여 강화유리문(2)의 문틈새(18)를 막아주고, 인체감지센서(8)로부터의 통행자(6) 감지에 따라 돌출된 블레이드(16)를 몰입 작동되게 제어하는 제어부(20)로 구성하여서, 통행자(6)가 통행시에는 블레이드(16)가 몰입되므로 냉난방 손실을 최소화 하고 외기로부터의 방음이 충분하며 안전성도 좋게 하고, 또 출입문 근처의 사용자가 소지하고 있는 스마트 폰(28)으로 원격제어하여서 문틈새(18)의 기밀을 유지할 수 있다.
