Tacker pin and tacker nail for light weight steel construction
An objective of the present invention is to provide a tacker pin and a tacker nail of a structure which can use a tacker gun for quick work in joining a member such as a construction board and a lightweight steel frame and improve a sturdy joining state of members. According to the present invention, the tacker pin comprises: a first and a second leg unit which is parallel with each other and has cutting edges installed on lower ends thereof; and a connection head unit to connect an upper end of the first leg unit and an upper end of the second leg unit. A plurality of scales is formed on sides of the leg units. The scales are formed in a mountain shape inclined towards the cutting edges. The cutting edges are sharply formed to form an angle of 15-60.
본 발명의 목적은 건축용 보드 등의 부재와 경량철골을 결합시킴에 있어서 신속한 작업을 위해 타카건을 이용할 수 있으면서도 부재들의 견고한 결합상태를 형성시킬 수 있는 구조의 타카핀 및 타카못을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 서로 평행하고 하단에는 첨단부가 각각 설치된 제1다리부 및 제2다리부와, 상기 제1다리부의 상단과 상기 제2다리부의 상단을 연결하는 연결머리부를 포함하는 타카핀에 있어서, 상기 다리부에는 그 측면에 다수의 비늘이 형성되되, 상기 다수의 비늘은 상기 첨단부를 향해 경사진 산형으로 형성된 것이고, 상기 첨단부는 사이각이 15 ~ 60°가 되도록 뾰족하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
