Breaker Having Intermediate Transfer Unit
The present invention relates to a breaker striking and crushing an object to be crushed. The breaker includes: a cylinder having a piston in order for the piston to reciprocate by an additional driving pump; a housing installed in the lower part of the cylinder and penetrated in the vertical direction, wherein the housing has a striking space inside and the piston is inserted into the striking space by descending; a striking unit formed lengthwise and arranged in the lower part of the piston in the housing, wherein the lower side of the striking unit strikes the object to be crushed; and an intermediate transfer unit installed between the striking unit in the lower part of the striking space, wherein the intermediate transfer unit transfers power generated by the strike of the piston to the striking unit as the lower part of the intermediate transfer unit is in contact with the upper side of a chisel.
본 발명은 타격대상물을 가격하여 파쇄하는 브레이커에 관한 것으로, 별도의 구동펌프에 의해 피스톤이 왕복운동 가능하게 구비되는 실린더, 상기 실린더의 하부에 구비되며, 상하방향을 따라 관통되고 내부에 상기 타격공간이 형성되어 상기 피스톤이 하강하여 상기 타격공간 내부로 삽입되는 하우징, 길게 형성되며 상기 하우징 내부에서 상기 피스톤의 하부에 배치되며, 하측이 상기 타격대상물을 가격하는 타격유닛 및 상기 타격공간의 하부에서 상기 타격유닛과의 사이에 배치되며, 하부가 상기 치즐의 상측과 접촉하여 상기 피스톤의 가격에 의해 발생되는 힘을 상기 타격유닛으로 전달하는 중간전달유닛을 포함하는 중간전달유닛을 구비한 브레이커가 개시된다.
