ROAD KILL PREVENTION FENCE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
According to the present invention, a fence mounting part for roadkill prevention mounts a roadkill prevention fence of a structure for blocking road entry of an animal by a blocking net (10) installed between a rail (110) of a guardrail (100) and the ground on the existing guard rail, and comprises an upper fixing device (20) to mount an upper portion of the blocking net on the rail and a lower fixing device (30) to fix a lower portion of the blocking net in the ground. The upper fixing device (20) comprises: a protection part (212) formed on an upper portion thereof; a blocking net contact surface on a lower portion thereof; a Y-shaped rail latch (21) of a structure where a long hole (211) is vertically formed on the blocking net contact surface; and an upper coupling part (22) to fix the rail latch on the blocking net to adjust a height by the long hole. The lower fixing device (30) comprises: a line-shaped ground fixing pin (31) having a contact surface with the blocking net, a long hole (323) formed on an upper blocking net contact surface, and a wedge unit (312) formed on a lower portion thereof to be inserted into the ground; an L-shaped stopper (32) having a vertical fixing pin contact surface (321) and a horizontal ground contact surface (322) formed at a right angle, and a long hole formed on the fixing pin contact surface to match the long hole of the ground fixing pin; and a lower coupling part (33) to mount the ground fixing pin and the stopper on the lower portion of the blocking net to adjust a height of the ground fixing pin and the stopper by the long hole.
본 발명은 가드레일(100)의 레일(110)과 지면 사이에 설치되는 차단망(10)에 의해 동물의 도로유입을 차단하는 구조의 로드킬 방지펜스를 기존 가드레일에 장착하기 위한 장착구로서 차단망 상부를 레일에 결합하는 상부고정장치(20)와 차단망 하부를 지중에 고정하는 하부고정장치(30)를 포함하여 구성되는 로드킬 방지 펜스 장착구에 있어서, 상부고정장치(20)는 상부에 호구(212)가 형성되고 하부는 차단망 접촉면을 가지며 차단망접촉면에는 상하방향으로 장공(211)이 형성된 구조의 "Y"형 레일걸쇠(21)와, 장공에 의해 높낮이를 조절할 수 있는 형태로 레일걸쇠를 차단망에 고정하는 상부체결구(22)로 이루어지고; 하부고정장치(30)는, 차단망과 접촉면을 갖는 " ┃ "형으로서 상부 차단망 접촉면에는 장공(323)이 형성되고 하부에는 지중 관입을 위한 쐐기부(312)가 형성되는 구조의 지중고정핀(31)과, " ┗ "형 구조로서 수직면인 고정핀접촉면(321)과 수평면인 지면접촉면(322)이 직각으로 형성되고 고정핀접촉면에는 지중고정핀의 장공과 맞춤되는 장공이 형성되는 스톱퍼(32)와, 장공에 의해 지중고정핀 및 스톱퍼의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있는 형태로 차단망 하부에 지중고정핀 및 스톱퍼를 결합하는 하부체결구(33)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
