Multi-function Road-kill prevention fence for road
The present invention relates to a multifunctional roadkill prevention fence for roads, capable of preventing a wild animal roadkill accident on a road, facilitating snow removing work on a road, bringing about the prevention of the spread of fine dust, the inducement of a reduction in exhaust gas and the formation of eco-friendly landscapes as well as a weed-proofing effect by wood chips laid around a guardrail, and providing an evacuation place to avoid a secondary accident in case of a traffic accident. The multifunctional roadkill prevention fence for roads includes: a first layer provided behind a guardrail of a road and formed of smashed wood chips; a second layer formed of assembly blocks installed by being stacked on the first layer with a plurality of space parts, while having the space parts filled with chipping chips; two fixing poles installed to be spaced at a predetermined distance apart in the space parts of the assembly blocks forming the second layer, while including a fixing groove having a rotary fixing hole in an upper part; a panel combined with a rotary fixing rod inserted into the rotary fixing hole to be rotatable to be installed between the two fixing poles; and a stopper installed in a lower part of the fixing poles to stop the panel rotating forward.
본 발명은 도로상에서 야생동물의 로드킬 사고를 방지할 수 있게 하고, 도로상의 제설작업을 용이하게 하며, 가드레일 주변에 포설되는 우드칩에 의한 방초효과와 함께 미세먼지의 분산방지, 배기가스의 저감유도, 친환경적인 경관 조성을 기대할 뿐더러 교통사고 시 2차 사고 대비의 피난 장소로 유용하게 사용될 수 있도록 하는 도로용 로드킬 방지펜스에 관한 것으로, 도로의 가드레일 후방에 구비되되 파쇄 우드칩으로 이루어진 제1 층; 다수 개의 공간부를 가지고서 상기 제1 층에 얹혀져 설치되되 상기 공간부에는 칩핑칩(chipping chip)이 충진되는 조립블록으로 이루어진 제2 층; 상기 제2 층을 형성하고 있는 상기 조립블록의 공간부에 소정의 간격으로 이격되게 설치되되, 상부 내측에 회전고정공이 형성된 고정홈을 구비하고 있는 두 개의 고정 지주; 상기 회전고정공에 회전가능하게 삽설되는 회전고정봉과 결합하여 두 개의 고정 지주 사이에 회전가능하게 설치되는 패널; 및 상기 고정 지주들의 하부에 설치되어서 상기 패널의 전방으로의 회전이동을 저지하는 스톱퍼;를 포함하여 구성된다. 특징으로 한다.
