    세라믹 기판, 그 제조방법 및 상기 세라믹 기판을 포함하는 파워 모듈이 제공된다. 상기 세라믹 기판은 코어층과 복수의 표면층들, 선택적으로 또한 복수의 전이층들을 포함한다. 상기 코어층은 지르코니아 강화된 알루미나로 만들어지고; 코어층의 상부 및 하부 표면상에 대칭적으로 위치한 표면층들은 AlO로 이루어지고; 표면층과 코어층 사이에 대칭적으로 위치한 전이층은 지르코니아 강화된 알루미나로 만들어진다 상기 코어층은 0wt%∠ZrO≤40wt%와 60wt%≤AlO∠100wt%의 화학적 조성을 가진다.

    Provided is a ceramic substrate. The ceramic substrate includes a core layer, made of zirconia toughened alumina; and surface layers, symmetrically located on an upper and a lower surfaces of the core layer, made of Al2O3. The core layer has a chemical composition of 0 wt %<100 wt %. A method for manufacturing the ceramic substrate and a power module including the ceramic substrate are also provided.
