SUPPORTING APPARATUS FOR FORM TRAVELLER AND CONSTRUCTION MEHTOD OF GIRDER SEGMENT THEREOF
According to the present invention, a form traveler support device comprises: a plurality of mold transfer trolleys installed in a pre-installed main head part, and bi-directionally launched to construct a girder segment; and a support member connecting a rear end of each of the mold transfer trolleys to support a load concentrated on a front end of each of the mold transfer trolleys. Meanwhile, according to the present invention, a girder segment construction method using the form traveler support device includes: a step (a) of installing a plurality of mold transfer trolleys to construct the girder segment by being bi-directionally launched from the pre-installed main head part; a step (b) of installing the support member, connecting a rear end of each of the mold transfer trolleys, to support a load concentrated on a front end of each of the mold transfer trolleys; and a step (c) of constructing the girder segment bi-directionally from the main head part after the installation of the support member. In other words, when a space to support a rear end of an installed form traveler is not able to be secured because of a small space of the main head part, the support member to connect a rear end of each form traveler is employed to support the rear end of each form traveler. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing the form traveler from tilting to the front side by dispersing a load to a front end of each form traveler through the support member.
본 발명에 따른 폼 트래블러 지지장치는 기 설치된 주두부에 설치되고, 양방향으로 런칭하여 거더 세그먼트을 시공하기 위한 복수의 거푸집 이동대차가 구비되되, 각 거푸집 이동대차의 전단에 집중되는 하중을 지지하기 위해 각 거푸집 이동대차의 후단을 연결하는 서포트부재를 포함하여 이루어진다. 한편 본 발명에 따른 폼 트래블러 지지장치를 이용한 거더 세그먼트 시공방법은 (a) 기 설치된 주두부로부터 양방향으로 런칭하여 거더 세그먼트을 시공하기 위한 복수의 거푸집 이동대차를 설치하는 단계; (b) 각 거푸집 이동대차의 전단에 집중되는 하중을 지지하기 위해 각 거푸집 이동대차의 후단을 연결하는 서포트부재를 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 서포트부재의 설치 후, 주두부로부터 양방향으로 거더 세그먼트를 시공하는 단계;를 포함한다. 즉 본 발명은 주두부의 공간이 협소하여 설치된 폼 트래블러의 후단을 지지하기 위한 공간을 확보할 수 없는 경우 각 폼 트래블러의 후단을 서로 연결하는 서포트부재를 도입하여 각 폼 트래블러의 후단을 지지함으로써 서포트부재에 의하여 각 폼 트래블러의 전단에 인가되는 하중을 후단으로 분산시켜 폼 트래블러의 전방 쏠림 현상을 방지할 수 있는 폼 트래블러 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 거더 세그먼트 시공방법을 제안하고자 한다.

According to the present invention, a form traveler support device comprises: a plurality of mold transfer trolleys installed in a pre-installed main head part, and bi-directionally launched to construct a girder segment; and a support member connecting a rear end of each of the mold transfer trolleys to support a load concentrated on a front end of each of the mold transfer trolleys. Meanwhile, according to the present invention, a girder segment construction method using the form traveler support device includes: a step (a) of installing a plurality of mold transfer trolleys to construct the girder segment by being bi-directionally launched from the pre-installed main head part; a step (b) of installing the support member, connecting a rear end of each of the mold transfer trolleys, to support a load concentrated on a front end of each of the mold transfer trolleys; and a step (c) of constructing the girder segment bi-directionally from the main head part after the installation of the support member. In other words, when a space to support a rear end of an installed form traveler is not able to be secured because of a small space of the main head part, the support member to connect a rear end of each form traveler is employed to support the rear end of each form traveler. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing the form traveler from tilting to the front side by dispersing a load to a front end of each form traveler through the support member.
본 발명에 따른 폼 트래블러 지지장치는 기 설치된 주두부에 설치되고, 양방향으로 런칭하여 거더 세그먼트을 시공하기 위한 복수의 거푸집 이동대차가 구비되되, 각 거푸집 이동대차의 전단에 집중되는 하중을 지지하기 위해 각 거푸집 이동대차의 후단을 연결하는 서포트부재를 포함하여 이루어진다. 한편 본 발명에 따른 폼 트래블러 지지장치를 이용한 거더 세그먼트 시공방법은 (a) 기 설치된 주두부로부터 양방향으로 런칭하여 거더 세그먼트을 시공하기 위한 복수의 거푸집 이동대차를 설치하는 단계; (b) 각 거푸집 이동대차의 전단에 집중되는 하중을 지지하기 위해 각 거푸집 이동대차의 후단을 연결하는 서포트부재를 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 서포트부재의 설치 후, 주두부로부터 양방향으로 거더 세그먼트를 시공하는 단계;를 포함한다. 즉 본 발명은 주두부의 공간이 협소하여 설치된 폼 트래블러의 후단을 지지하기 위한 공간을 확보할 수 없는 경우 각 폼 트래블러의 후단을 서로 연결하는 서포트부재를 도입하여 각 폼 트래블러의 후단을 지지함으로써 서포트부재에 의하여 각 폼 트래블러의 전단에 인가되는 하중을 후단으로 분산시켜 폼 트래블러의 전방 쏠림 현상을 방지할 수 있는 폼 트래블러 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 거더 세그먼트 시공방법을 제안하고자 한다.
