The present invention relates to a roller inserting device for a window to increase efficiency of roller inserting work, as well as preventing damage to a profile in a process of inserting rollers. The roller inserting device for a window includes: a cradle formed in a shape of a predetermined length of a bar; and a plurality of grippers continuously spaced and installed on a lower side of the cradle, descending by a cylinder operation, and inserting a roller gripped on a front end into a seating groove of the profile. Further, the roller inserting device for a window includes a plurality of inserting members spaced and installed on the lower side of the cradle, descending by the cylinder operation, and forcibly opening an entrance of the seating groove.
본 발명은 롤러 인서팅 작업의 효율을 높일 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 롤러 인서팅 과정에서 프로파일의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 창호용 롤러 인서팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 일정한 길이의 바 형태로 형성되는 거치대; 상기 거치대 저면에 간격을 두고 연속되게 설치되고, 실린더 작동에 의해 하강하여 선단에 파지된 롤러를 프로파일의 안착홈에 삽입하는 복수의 그립퍼;를 포함하며, 상기 거치대 저면에 간격을 두고 설치되고, 실린더 작동에 의해 하강하여 상기 안착홈의 입구를 강제로 벌리는 복수의 삽입부재;를 더 포함한다.
