AUTOMATIC INSERTING DEVICE FOR WINDOW ROLLER
Disclosed is an automatic insertion device for a window roller. The automatic insertion device for a window roller according to the present invention is provided in an automatic mounting system for a window roller provided to automatically mount a window roller on a window profile, in order to automatically insert the window roller into a window roller mounting hole of the profile which is supplied to a window roller mounting location in a state in which the window roller mounting hole is upwardly exposed by a profile automatic supplying device. To this end, the present invention comprises: a moving body provided at the upper portion of the window roller mounting location in the direction crossing at right angles to the supply advancement direction of the profile by the profile automatic supplying device to be moved in a reciprocating manner between a window roller pick-up location and the window roller mounting location by a reciprocating movement means; a first ascending and descending actuator which is provided at the moving body to be operated to selectively ascend or descend, and has a first connecting bracket coupled to the lower end portion thereof; and a pair of first pick-up fingers which are coupled to perpendicularly face the lower side to the lower end portion of a first pick-up actuator coupled to the first connecting bracket, and operate to pick up the window roller at the window roller pick-up location and to release the picked-up window roller at the window roller mounting location. Therefore, the window roller can be stably picked up to be precisely inserted into the window roller mounting hole.
창호용 호차 자동 삽입장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 창호용 호차 자동 삽입장치는, 창문용 프로파일에 호차를 자동으로 장착하도록 된 호차 자동 장착 시스템에서, 프로파일 자동 공급장치에 의해 호차 장착공이 상향으로 노출된 상태로 호차 장착위치로 공급되는 프로파일의 상기 호차 장착공에 호차를 자동으로 삽입하기 위한 것으로, 상기 프로파일 자동 공급장치에 의한 프로파일의 공급 진행방향과는 직교하는 방향의 상기 호차 장착위치 상부에 구비되어 왕복작동수단에 의해 호차 픽업위치와 상기 호차 장착위치를 왕복 운동하는 이동체; 상기 이동체에 구비되어 선택적으로 승,하강 작동하고, 하단부에는 제1 연결 브라켓이 결합된 제1 승,하강 엑츄에이터; 및 상기 제1 연결 브라켓에 결합된 제1 호차 픽업 엑츄에이터의 하단부에 직하방을 향하도록 결합되고, 상기 호차 픽업위치에서 호차를 집고 상기 호차 장착위치에서는 픽업한 호차를 놓도록 작동하는 한 쌍의 제1 픽업핑거로 이루어진다.

Disclosed is an automatic insertion device for a window roller. The automatic insertion device for a window roller according to the present invention is provided in an automatic mounting system for a window roller provided to automatically mount a window roller on a window profile, in order to automatically insert the window roller into a window roller mounting hole of the profile which is supplied to a window roller mounting location in a state in which the window roller mounting hole is upwardly exposed by a profile automatic supplying device.
