According to the present invention, a grease trap includes: a housing having the upper part opened or closed with a cover, but having a side wall connected to an inflow pipe and having the opposite side wall connected to a discharge pipe; a partition formed in parallel with the side wall of the housing, but having the lower part formed at a predetermined distance from the floor surface of the housing; a filter placed between a side of the inflow pipe and the partition; at least one separation film formed on an inner one side of the housing to be vertical to the flow of drainage water; and a drainage assembly including a vertical pipe having a lower opening part soaked in the drainage water, and a horizontal pipe having an end connected to the vertical pipe and having the other end connected to the discharge pipe. The horizontal pipe includes: a lantern floor connected to the vertical pipe and formed in an end part to be vertical to the flow of the drainage water; and a trap beam including a guide passage guiding the drainage water, overflowing from the lantern floor, to the discharge pipe.
본 발명에 따른 그리스 트랩은, 상부가 개구되어 뚜껑으로 개폐되되 일 측벽이 유입관과 연결되고 대향 측벽이 유출관과 연결된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 일 측벽과 평행하게 형성되되 하부는 상기 하우징의 바닥면과 일정 거리 이격 형성된 격벽; 상기 유입관 측벽과 상기 격벽 사이에 배치되는 거름망; 상기 하우징 내부 일 측에 배수 흐름 방향과 수직하게 형성된 하나 이상의 분리막; 하단 개구부가 배수에 잠기는 수직관과, 일 단이 상기 수직관과 연결되고 타 단은 상기 유출관과 연결되는 수평관을 포함하는 배수 어셈블리;를 포함하되, 상기 수평관은, 상기 수직관과 연결되는 일 단측 부위에서 배수 흐름 방향과 수직하게 형성된 봉수 마루와, 상기 봉수 마루를 월류한 배수를 상기 유출관으로 안내하는 가이드로를 포함하는 트랩보를 내장한 것을 특징으로 한다.
