Concrete embedded insert
The present invention relates to an insert embedded in concrete which uniformly maintains heights of reinforcing bars by adjusting a height of a reinforcing bar support, increases stress with concrete, facilitates a locking function without a tool, and prevents loss of an insert when pouring concrete by fixing the insert on a bottom form. The insert embedded in concrete comprises: a body having a through hole vertically penetrated to form a screw on an inner side thereof; a handle formed on an upper portion of the body to easily position and rotate the body; a support base formed on a lower portion of the body to be supported on one surface of a form; and an upper and a lower coupling member coupled to an upper and a lower portion of the through hole of the body. Since the insert embedded in concrete is installed on a lower portion of a reinforcing bar fixing part for fixing a reinforcing bar to be supported on one surface of the form, a gap between the form and the reinforcing bar can be accurately adjusted to maintain the reinforcing bar in a horizontal state. Since an arranged reinforcing bar is maintained in a horizontal state, a constant distance to different pipes can be maintained to maintain stiffness of a slab by a design standard when pouring concrete.
본 발명은 철근 받침대의 높낮이를 조절하여 철근의 높이를 균일하게 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 콘크리트와의 응력을 높이고 공구 없이 잠금 기능이 용이하며, 바닥 거푸집에 고정하여 콘크리트 타설시 인서트의 유실을 방지하는 콘크리트 매립형 인서트에 관한 것으로, 상부에서 하부로 관통되어 내측에 나사가 형성되는 통공을 구비하는 몸체와; 상기 몸체의 위치 또는 몸체의 회전을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 몸체 상부에 형성하는 핸들과; 상기 몸체 하부에 형성되어 거푸집의 일면에 지지될 수 있도록 몸체 하부에 형성하는 받침대와; 상기 몸체의 통공의 상부와 하부에 각각 결합하는 상부결합부재 및 하부결합부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 철근을 고정하는 철근고정구의 하부에 설치되어 거푸집의 일면에 지지되므로 철근을 수평 상태로 유지시키기 위해 거푸집과 철근의 사이의 간격을 정확하게 조절할 수 있고, 배근되는 철근을 수평 상태로 유지되므로 다른 배관 들과의 거리를 일정하게 유지할 수 있어, 콘크리트 타설시 설계기준에 의한 슬라브의 강성이 유지되는 효과가 있다.
