The present invention provides a composite insert device embedded in concrete, the device being coupled with an anchor for providing various structures on the concrete so as to provide composite functions with one device, thereby improving convenience in construction. To this end, the device comprises: a support body part having first threads provided along the inner periphery of a hollow fastening hole penetratively formed therein; a lifting body part including a fastening part having an anchor coupling groove formed therein and having second threads provided on the outer periphery thereof and screw-coupled to the first threads such that the fastening part selectively and vertically moves through the upper part of the hollow fastening hole, and including a leveling support part integrally formed along the upper edge of the fastening part so as to protrude outward in the radial direction; and an auxiliary spacer device having a stopping hook part, to which a reinforcing bar is inserted and coupled, formed at the end portion of a protruding piece protruding from the upper part of an extending plate extending from a body part coupled to the outer periphery of either the support body part or the fastening part.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'insertion composite noyé dans du béton, le dispositif étant couplé à une ancre destinée à procurer diverses structures sur le béton de manière à fournir des fonctions composites avec un seul dispositif, ce qui permet d'améliorer la commodité de construction. Le dispositif comprend à cet effet : une partie formant corps de support munie de premiers filets réalisés le long de la périphérie intérieure d'un trou de fixation creux formé par pénétration à l'intérieur de celle-ci ; une partie formant corps de levage comprenant une partie de fixation dans laquelle est formée une rainure de couplage d'ancrage et munie de deuxièmes filets réalisés sur la périphérie extérieure de celle-ci et couplés par vissage aux premiers filets de telle sorte que la partie de fixation se déplace de manière sélective et verticalement à travers la partie supérieure du trou de fixation creux, et comprenant une partie formant support de mise à niveau formée d'un seul tenant le long du bord supérieur de la partie de fixation de manière à faire saillie vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale ; et un dispositif d'espacement auxiliaire comportant une partie crochet d'arrêt dans laquelle est insérée et couplée une barre de renforcement, formée au niveau de la portion d'extrémité d'une pièce en saillie faisant saillie depuis la partie supérieure d'une plaque d'extension qui s'étend depuis une partie de corps couplée à la périphérie extérieure de la partie formant corps de support ou de la partie de fixation.
