FINISHING DEVICE FOR METAL CEILING PANAL
The present invention relates to a finisher for a metal ceiling material capable of preventing damage caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, or damage during construction by firmly fixating a metal ceiling material to a ceiling; and finishing the material in a beautiful shape by processing an upper body, which is shown to the outside, into various shapes. According to the present invention, the finisher for the metal ceiling material installed in a corner part of a metal ceiling material to fixate the metal ceiling material while finishing a corresponding part in a beautiful shape comprises: a lower body fixated to a part in which corners of the metal ceiling material meet each other, but including a through hole formed in a center to insert a combination screw to be fixated to the ceiling and a combination piece formed on the edge; and an upper body combined with the lower body, but including a combination protrusion protruding from the edge to support the combination piece.
본 개선안은 고강도 용융강판에 의해 제조됨에 따라 금속재질의 천장재가 천장에 견고하게 고정되게 할 수 있어 시공 중 파손이나 태풍과 같은 자연재해에 의한 파손이 예방될 수 있으며, 외부에서 보여지는 상부몸체가 다양한 모양으로 가공처리될 수 있어 미려한 마감이 가능한 금속 천장재 마감구에 관한 것이다. 본 개선안에 따른 금속 천장재 마감구는 금속 천장재의 모서리가 모이는 부분에 설치되어 금속 천장재를 고정시킴과 동시에 해당 부분이 미려하게 마감되게 하는 마감구에 있어서, 금속 천장재의 모서리가 모이는 부분에 고정 설치되되 중앙에는 천장에 고정되는 체결나사가 삽입될 수 있도록 체결공이 관통 형성되며 가장자리에 체결편이 형성된 하부몸체와, 상기 하부몸체 상에 결합되되 가장자리에는 상기 체결편이 지지되는 체결돌기가 돌출 형성되는 상부몸체가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
