MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ECO-FRIENDLY CEILING PANAL
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly ceiling material, comprising: a base board; a heating insulating layer attached to one surface of the base board; and a coating agent impregnated into the base board to which the heat insulating layer is attached. The base board is made of hemp yarn, and the coating agent uses a natural resin as a main raw material. An object of the present invention is to provide the eco-friendly ceiling material which can solve harmful environmental problems, toxic gas generation problems, weight reduction, sound absorption, insulation problems, and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 친환경 천장재에 관한 것으로 베이스 보드, 상기 베이스 보드의 일면에 부착되는 단열층; 및 상기 단열층이 부착된 상기 베이스 보드에 함침되는 코팅제를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 보드는 대마 원사로 이루어지며, 상기 코팅제는 천연 수지를 주 원료로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
