STEEL REINFORCEMENT CONNECTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to an assemblable reinforcing bar connecting device and, more specifically, to an assemblable reinforcing bar connecting device which can easily connect reinforcing bars arranged in a row. According to the present invention, the assemblable reinforcing bar connecting device comprises: a first cover which encloses a portion of outer circumferential surfaces of reinforcing bars consisting of a first reinforcing bar and a second reinforcing bar arranged in a straight line, and has a hinge groove formed on an upper portion thereof; a second cover which encloses the remaining portion of the outer circumferential surfaces of the reinforcing bars, and has a hinge shaft integrated into an upper portion thereof and inserted into the hinge groove; and a coupling member to couple a lower portion of the first cover and a lower portion of the second cover. The hinge shaft is inserted into the hinge groove to allow the first cover and the second cover to be rotatably hinged. The hinge shaft is inserted to be slid along the hinge groove in a longitudinal direction. The hinge shaft integrated into the upper portion of the second cover is detachably arranged and inserted into the hinge groove.
본 발명은 조립형 철근 연결장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 일렬로 배치되는 철근을 용이하게 연결할 수 있는 조립형 철근 연결장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조립형 철근 연결장치는, 일직선으로 배치된 제1철근과 제2철근으로 이루어진 철근의 외주면 중 일부분을 감싸고, 상부에 힌지홈이 형성된 제1커버와; 상기 철근의 외주면 중 나머지부분을 감싸고, 상부에 상기 힌지홈에 삽입되는 힌지축이 일체로 형성된 제2커버와; 상기 제1커버의 하부와 상기 제2커버의 하부를 결합시키는 결합부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 힌지축이 상기 힌지홈에 삽입되어 상기 제1커버와 제2커버는 상호 회전 가능하게 힌지결합되고, 상기 힌지축은 상기 힌지홈을 따라 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되며, 상기 제2커버의 상부에 일체로 형성된 상기 힌지축은 상기 힌지홈에 탈착 가능하게 삽입 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
