Connecting coupler for steel reinforcement
The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupling coupler used for extending a length of a reinforcing bar during construction of a reinforcing concrete structure. In more detail, the present invention comprises a keyhole into a hollow of a housing for inserting a pair of reinforcing bars, and the keyhole keeps the interior of the housing hollow by a finishing cap fastened to an end of the housing. In addition, the keyhole is provided with a plurality of keys for pressing the outer periphery of the reinforcing bar inserted into an insertion hole of the finishing cap and the inner periphery of the insertion hole of the finishing cap. Therefore, in the present invention, the pair of reinforcing bars can be connected to each other as the housing in such a manner which each pair of reinforcing bars is pushed into the hollow of the housing and pulled back.
본 발명은 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 시공시에 철근의 길이 연장을 위하여 사용하는 철근 연결용 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면 한 쌍의 철근을 내입시키는 하우징의 중공에 키홀더가 내입되고, 상기 키홀더는 하우징의 말단에 체결된 마감캡에 의하여 하우징 중공에 내입된 상태를 유지하며, 상기 키홀더에는 마감캡의 삽입홀로 내입된 철근의 외주와 마감캡의 삽입홀 내주면을 가압하는 복수 개의 키(Key)가 구비되어, 한 쌍의 철근 각각을 하우징 중공에 밀어넣은 후 다시 잡아당기는 방식으로 한 쌍의 철근을 하우징으로써 서로 연결시킬 수 있는 철근 연결용 커플러에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupling coupler used for extending a length of a reinforcing bar during construction of a reinforcing concrete structure. In more detail, the present invention comprises a keyhole into a hollow of a housing for inserting a pair of reinforcing bars, and the keyhole keeps the interior of the housing hollow by a finishing cap fastened to an end of the housing. In addition, the keyhole is provided with a plurality of keys for pressing the outer periphery of the reinforcing bar inserted into an insertion hole of the finishing cap and the inner periphery of the insertion hole of the finishing cap. Therefore, in the present invention, the pair of reinforcing bars can be connected to each other as the housing in such a manner which each pair of reinforcing bars is pushed into the hollow of the housing and pulled back.
