The present invention relates to a bank rainwater removal structure for preventing generation of leachate in a waste landfill and a construction method thereof wherein, more specifically, a drainage path is formed on a small step formed on a slope of a landfill for waste materials such as garbage, and a rainwater collection tank for collecting rainwater gathering in the drainage path and processing the rainwater is arranged, and the drainage path is installed to be inclined in the direction of the rainwater collection tank to enable rainwater to be collected in the rainwater collection tank so a generation amount of contaminated water (leachate from now on), generated as rainwater comes in contact with waste materials such as garbage, can be minimized. The bank rainwater removal structure for preventing generation of leachate in a waste landfill comprises: a landfill which is in the shape with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion and is excavated to form the slope; the drainage path which is formed to have multi-steps on the slope of the landfill; the rainwater collection tank which is installed on a bottom surface of the landfill and has a pump and a drainage pipe; and a water blocking material which covers the slope of the landfill and the rainwater collection tank.
본 발명은 폐기물 매립장의 침출수 발생방지를 위한 제방 우수배제 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 쓰레기 등 폐기물 매립장의 경사면에 형성되는 소단에 배수로를 형성하고, 이 배수로에 모인 우수를 모아 처리하는 빗물집수조를 구비하되, 이 배수로는 빗물집수조로 빗물이 모이도록 빗물집수조 방향으로 경사지게 설치함으로써, 빗물이 쓰레기 등 폐기물과 접촉하여 발생하는 오염수(이하 "침출수"라 함)의 발생량을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 폐기물 매립장의 침출수 발생방지를 위한 제방 우수배제 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 상부는 넓고 하부는 좁은 상광하협 형상으로 경사면이 형성되게 굴착되는 매립장과, 상기 매립장의 경사면에 다단으로 형성되는 배수로와, 상기 매립장의 바닥면에 설치되어 펌프와 배수관이 구비된 빗물집수조와, 상기 매립장의 경사면 및 빗물집수조를 커버하는 차수재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
