APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING AN AUGERED PILE AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a skin fixing apparatus for a bored precast pile and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises a skin fixing hardened material hardened by injecting a skin fixing liquid between an inner wall of an excavation hole excavated on the ground and an outer surface of a pile inserted into the excavation hole, and a packing unit installed on an upper portion of the pile to be positioned adjacent to the ground surface and pressurizing the inner wall of an entrance portion of the excavation hole adjacent to the ground as the skin fixing liquid injected therein is hardened. According to the present invention, the skin fixing apparatus increases horizontal resistance of the pile embedded in the ground, and minimizes the loss of the skin fixing liquid filled in the skin of the embedded pile.
본 발명은 매입말뚝 주면고정장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 지반에 굴착된 굴착홀의 내벽과 상기 굴착홀에 삽입되는 말뚝의 외면 사이에 주면고정액이 주입되어 경화된 주면고정경화재; 상기 말뚝의 상부에 설치되어 지면과 인접하게 위치하며, 내부에 주입된 주면고정액이 경화되어 지면과 인접한 상기 굴착홀의 입구부분 내벽을 가압하는 팩킹유닛;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지반에 매입된 말뚝의 수평저항력을 높이고, 매입된 말뚝의 주면에 채워지는 주면고정액의 유실을 최소화한다.
