METHOD FOR SUPPORTING AN AUGERED PILE AND APPARATUS THEREOF
The present invention relates to a main surface fixing method for an embedded pile and an apparatus therefor, and comprises: a first main surface fixing hardening material hardened at a lower portion of an excavation hole by an injection of a bubble expanding main surface fixing liquid between an inner wall of the excavation hole excavated on the ground and the outer surface of a pile inserted into the excavation hole; and a second main surface fixing hardening material hardened at an upper portion of the excavation hole by an injection of a finishing main surface fixing liquid between the inner wall of the excavation hole excavated on the ground and the outer surface of the pile inserted into the excavation hole, wherein the bubble expanding main surface fixing liquid includes water, cement, gypsum, hydrogen peroxide, and glycerin. According to the present invention, horizontal resistance of the pile embedded in the ground is increased, the inner wall of the excavation hole relaxed by the excavation is densely strengthened, and a circulation loss phenomenon is minimized.
본 발명은 매입말뚝 주면고정방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 지반에 굴착된 굴착홀의 내벽과 상기 굴착홀에 삽입되는 말뚝의 외면 사이에 기포팽창형 주면고정액이 주입되어 상기 굴착홀의 하부에서 경화된 제1 주면고정경화재; 및 상기 굴착홀의 내벽과 상기 굴착홀에 삽입된 말뚝의 외면 사이에 마감형 주면고정액이 주입되어 상기 굴착홀의 상부에서 경화된 제2 주면고정경화재;를 포함하며, 상기 기포팽창형 주면고정액은 물, 시멘트, 석고, 과산화수소, 글리세린을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지반에 매입된 말뚝의 수평저항력을 높이고, 굴착으로 이완된 굴착홀의 내벽을 조밀하게 강화시킴과 아울러 일수현상을 최소화한다.
