PANEL-TYPED PURIFICATION MODULE AND PURIFIER HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a purification apparatus which can capture dust such as fine particles, smoke and fog, and so on contained gas such as indoor air and exhaust gas of industrial facilities. The panel-type gas purification module comprises: a lateral side casings made of a plate material with a dense structure; a gas purification means which is arranged in a location facing and corresponding to the lateral casing; a ventilation flow channel comprising a space formed by separation of the gas purification means from the lateral side casing; an outline frame which is arranged on a side of a separated gap between outlines of the lateral side casing and the gas purification means; a ventilation hole which enables gas to be circulated in the ventilation flow channel; and a gas transfer means which transfers the gas to the ventilation flow channel and the gas purification means. The gas purification means comprises: a support body formed to maintain arrangement of a ciliary layer; and a plurality of cilia having fixated ends of which at least one is fixated to the support body and free ends which are not fixated to the support body. The gas purification means captures dust in gas transferred by the gas transfer means. Accordingly, the purification apparatus can minimize an installation space and pressure loss and can function as a household item and a decoration such as a folding screen, a wall hanging, and a partition.
본 발명은 실내 공기, 산업시설의 배기가스 등과 같은 기체 중에 함유된 미세입자, 연무 등과 같은 초미세분진을 포집할 수 있는 정화장치와 관련된 것으로, 기밀한 구조의 판재로 이루어진 측면 케이싱과, 상기 측면 케이싱과 마주하며 대응하는 위치에 배치된 기체정화수단과, 상기 기체정화수단과 측면 케이싱이 이격되어 형성되는 공간으로 이루어지는 통기유로와, 상기 측면 케이싱과 기체정화수단의 외곽 테두리의 이격된 간격 측에 배치된 테두리 프레임과, 상기 통기유로의 내측에 기체가 유통되도록 하는 통기구와, 상기 통기유로 및 기체정화수단으로 기체를 유동시키는 송기수단을 포함하며, 상기 측면 케이싱과 기체정화수단 및 테두리 프레임은 면적에 비하여 상대적으로 두께가 얇은 패널형태로 결합되고, 상기 송기수단은 통기유로 및 기체정화수단으로 기체를 유동시키며, 상기 기체정화수단은 섬모층의 배열을 유지하도록 구성된 지지체와 상기 지지체에 적어도 어느 일단이 고정되는 고정단과 지지체에 고정되지 않는 자유단을 구비하는 다수의 섬모로 이루어지는 섬모층을 구비하며, 상기 송기수단에 의하여 유동하는 기체 중의 분진을 포집하는 패널형 기체정화모듈을 제공한다. 이에 따라, 설치공간과 압력손실을 최소화할 수 있고 병풍, 벽걸이, 칸막이 등과 같은 생활용품 및 장식품으로서 기능할 수 있다.
