Tile manufacturing method using mulberry fibers and shell
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a tile using mulberry fiber and shell. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of collecting bast fiber of a mulberry tree and shell; a step of manufacturing mulberry fiber from white bast formed by removing black bast from the bast fiber of a mulberry tree; a step of heating and crushing the shell to manufacture shell powder; a step of mixing 90-95 wt% of mulberry fiber and 5-10 wt% of shell powder to manufacture a raw material; a step of manufacturing the raw material into base paper through a traditional Korean paper manufacturing process; a step of setting the base paper on a mold, and then pressing the mold with a hydraulic press; and a step of drying the pressed base paper, and then coating the dried base paper. According to the present invention, since various designs or patterns are formed on an inner circumferential surface of the mode, the design or pattern is formed on a surface of the base paper pressed by the mold.
본 발명은 닥섬유와 패각을 이용한 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 닥나무의 인피섬유와 패각을 수집하는 단계; 상기 닥나무 인피섬유의 흑피를 제거하여 형성된 백피로부터 닥섬유를 제조하는 단계; 상기 패각을 가열한 다음 파쇄하여 패각분말을 제조하는 단계; 상기 닥섬유 90~95중량%와 패각분말 5~10중량%를 혼합하여 원료를 제조하는 단계; 상기 원료를 한지 제조 공정을 통해 바탕지로 제조하는 단계; 상기 바탕지를 금형에 안착시킨 다음 유압프레스로 압착하는 단계; 및 상기 압착된 바탕지를 건조한 후 도장하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 금형의 내주면에는 다양한 무늬 또는 패턴이 형성되어 금형에 가압되는 바탕지의 표면에 무늬 또는 패턴이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥섬유와 패각을 이용한 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
