The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tile by using a mulberry fiber, a shell, and a mineral comprising: a step of collecting bast fiber and the shell of a mulberry tree; a step of manufacturing the mulberry fiber from white bast formed by removing black bast of the bast fiber of the mulberry tree; a step of manufacturing shell powder by heating the shell and crushing the shell; a step of manufacturing a raw material by mixing minerals including the shell powder, pozzolan, sericite, tourmaline, and refined red clay with the mulberry fiber; a step of manufacturing the raw material as a ground paper through a Hanji manufacturing process; a step of positioning the ground paper in a mold and pressing the ground paper with a hydraulic press; and a step of drying the pressed ground paper and painting the same. The present invention forms various designs or patterns in the inner surface of the mold; and forms a design or a pattern on a surface of the ground paper pressed in the mold.
본 발명은 닥섬유와 패각 및 광물질을 이용한 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 닥나무의 인피섬유와 패각을 수집하는 단계; 상기 닥나무 인피섬유의 흑피를 제거하여 형성된 백피로부터 닥섬유를 제조하는 단계; 상기 패각을 가열한 다음 파쇄하여 패각분말을 제조하는 단계; 상기 닥섬유에 패각분말, 포조란, 견운모, 토르말린 및 천기토로 이루어지는 광물질을 혼합하여 원료를 제조하는 단계; 상기 원료를 한지 제조 공정을 통해 바탕지로 제조하는 단계; 상기 바탕지를 금형에 안착시킨 다음 유압프레스로 압착하는 단계; 및 상기 압착된 바탕지를 건조한 후 도장하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 금형의 내주면에는 다양한 무늬 또는 패턴이 형성되어 금형에 가압되는 바탕지의 표면에 무늬 또는 패턴이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥섬유와 패각 및 광물질을 이용한 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
