PC A twin wall structure using a PC panel and method for manufacturing of it
The present invention relates to a basic twin-wall structure using a PC panel and a manufacturing method thereof configured to easily manufacture first and second PC panels, to each of which a bracket is exposed, in a PC manufacturing plant and a basic twin-wall structure at a construction site, integrally manufacture first and second PC panels, to which the first and second connecting bars are exposed at the lower end thereof, secure the structural stability through the connection with the bottom of a concrete, reduce the amount of rebars, and to shorten the construction period.
PC제작 공장에서 브라켓트가 노출된 제1,2PC패널을 각각 제작하고 공사현장에서 간편하게 기초 트윈 월 구조물을 제작할 수 있도록 하며, 하단부에 제1,2연결철근이 노출된 제1,2PC패널을 일체형으로 제작하여서 기초 콘크리트 바닥과의 연결을 통하여 구조적 안정성을 확보하고 철근량을 줄일 수 있으며 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 한 PC패널을 이용한 기초 트윈 월 구조체 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것이다.
