WALL PANEL AND WALL PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing precision and prevent print deviation by ensuring flatness of a wall panel body, which is made by bonding a reinforcement material on a rear face of a base material, and providing inkjet printing on a surface of the base material.SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 is formed by: folding a circumference of a base material 2 to form a folded part 10; bonding a reinforcement material 3 with a thickness substantially equal to a fold height of the folded part 10 to substantially entire rear face 11 of the base material 2 excluding the folded part 10 using a quick-drying adhesive to form a wall panel body 4; providing inkjet printing on a surface 15 of the base material 2 of the wall panel body 4 to form a pattern layer 7 on the surface 15 of the base material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基材の裏面に補強材が接着されてなる壁パネル本体について、壁パネル本体の平面度を確保した上で、基材の表面にインクジェット印刷を施し、印刷精度を向上させ、印刷ずれなどを防止する。【解決手段】基材2の外周を折り曲げて折曲部10を形成し、折曲部10を除く基材2の裏面11の略全面に、折曲部10の折り曲げ高さと略同じ寸法の厚さを有する補強材3を、速乾性の接着剤を用いて接着して壁パネル本体4を形成し、壁パネル本体4の基材2の表面15にインクジェット印刷を行い、基材2の表面15に柄層7が設けられてなる壁パネル1を形成する。【選択図】図2
