MODULE TYPE ASSEMBLY PANNER FOR CLEAN ROOM CEILING
A module type assembly panel for a clean room ceiling comprises: a first assembly panel connected to a supply duct to supply air to the surroundings; a second assembly panel supplied with the air from the first assembly panel to inject the air into the inside of a clean room; and a third assembly panel absorbing the air circulating in the clean room to discharge the air to an exhaust duct.
클린룸 천정용 모듈식 조립패널은 공급덕트와 연결되어 주변으로 공기를 공급하는 제1 조립패널과, 제1 조립패널로부터 공기를 공급받아 클린룸 내부로 공기를 주입하는 제2 조립패널과, 클린룸 내부를 순환한 공기를 흡입하여 배기덕트로 배출하는 제3 조립패널을 포함한다.
