LOAD WEIGHING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR WHEEL LOADER
A load weighing method for a wheel loader comprises: a step of detecting an angle of inclination of the ground having a predetermined inclination; a step of detecting a change in an angle of a boom and pressure of a boom cylinder while rotating the boom in a state in which a load is loaded in an attachment on the ground; and a step of calculating a weight of the load by applying the angle of inclination of the ground, the change in angle of the boom, and the change in pressure of the boom cylinder to a rotation dynamic equation with respect to rotation of the boom as a variable.
휠로더의 적재 중량 측정 방법은 소정의 경사를 갖는 지면의 경사각을 검출한다. 지면상에서 어태치먼트에 적재물이 적재된 상태로 붐을 회전시키면서 붐의 각도 변화 및 붐 실린더의 압력 변화를 검출한다. 그리고, 지면의 경사각, 붐의 각도 변화, 및 붐 실린더의 압력 변화를 붐의 회전에 관한 회전 동역학 방정식에 변수로서 적용하여 적재물의 중량을 산출한다.
