An object or a terrace of the present invention is reminiscent of a concrete handcart used as a carrier for pouring concrete at a construction site. The basic science is hidden in the handcart. Energy = distance law, energy space expansion, center movement of a weight, horizontal movement of a weight, normal force, physical quantity, rolling friction coefficient, rolling friction, friction, human force and a manual system are hidden in the handcart as a concrete carrier. By using the above-mentioned hidden science, the present invention has a rectangular parallelepiped structure unit for a balcony or a terrace of an apartment, a condominium, a hotel, a studio apartment, a villa, and a house; installs a high-load wheel or a caster with a ball bearing inserted into the upper part and the lower part to safely guide the rectangular parallelepiped structure unit; and disposes the rectangular parallelepiped structure unit between the high-load wheels or the ball casters with the ball bearing inserted into the upper part and the lower part. When the rectangular parallelepiped unit protrudes into the outside air, the indoor space is expanded as far as the protruding distance, and the interior space is used with calm-tech. The present invention is usefully used especially when a visitor comes to a house in a holiday season.
