The present invention relates to a sash frame for opening and closing a window by supporting a window frame provided with a support roller in a lower portion thereof through a rail layer formed on an upper portion thereof by extrusion molding. According to the present invention, the sash frame comprises a frame member for supporting the window frame, provided with the support roller in the lower portion thereof through the rail layer formed on the upper portion thereof, in a forward and backward movement structure. The frame member is configured such that a rail layer having a window rail and a hollow heat insulating layer having a hollow heat insulating space portion are formed to be vertically stacked on each other, a drainage groove having a shape in which both right and left sides and an outer side thereof are opened is formed in the longitudinal direction on an outer wall of the hollow heat insulating layer exposed to the outside, and one or more drainage holes vertically communicating with the drainage groove are formed on the bottom surface of the rail layer forming the upper surface of the drainage groove, such that a vertical drainage path partitioned and shielded from the heat insulating space portion of the hollow insulating layer is formed between the rail layer and the hollow heat insulating layer of the frame member.
본 발명은 압출 성형을 통해 상부에 형성된 레일층을 통해 하부에 지지롤러가 마련된 창문 프레임을 지지하여, 창문을 개폐하는 창틀 프레임에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 상부에 형성된 레일층을 통해 하부에 지지롤러가 마련된 창문 프레임을 진퇴구조로 지지하는 프레임 부재를 포함하는 창틀 프레임에 있어서, 상기 프레임 부재는, 창문레일이 형성된 레일층과 중공의 단열 공간부를 갖는 중공 단열층이 상하 적층되게 형성되고, 외부에 노출되는 중공 단열층의 외측벽에, 외측과 좌우 양측이 개방된 형상의 배수홈을 길이방향으로 형성하고, 상기 배수홈의 상부면을 형성하는 레일층의 바닥면에는 배수홈과 수직으로 연통하는 하나 이상의 배수구를 형성하여서, 상기 프레임 부재의 레일층과 중공 단열층 사이에, 중공 단열층의 단열 공간부와 구획 차폐된 수직의 배수경로를 형성하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
