CONECTION STRUCTURE OF PRECAST PANEL FOR LARGE-SIZE DOUBLE-WALL
The present invention relates to a connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall. According to the present invention, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall is improved. A connection unit having a different floor height embeds a wire mesh individually formed on both left and right ends in inner and outer precast panels in order for both ends of the wire mesh to protrude to the outside. When a large double wall is constructed, the inner and outer precast panels adjacent to each other are connected by automatically overlapping with each other by the different floor height formed in the connection unit. The large double walls adjacent are strongly integrated with each other by concrete filled between the inner and outer precast panels. Therefore, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall can remarkably reduce construction costs and reduce construction periods by improving workability. When the large double wall is manufactured, the concrete is placed into the inner and outer precast panels at the same time and integrally connects the inner and outer precast panels. So, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall can remarkably reduce the construction costs by conveniently and rapidly connecting the inner and outer precast panels without a complex process of firstly embedding a connection reinforcing member in the precast panel on one side and hardening the same and secondarily hardening the other end of the connection reinforcing member by embedding the other end of the connection reinforcing member into the concrete which is not hardened in the precast panel on an opposite side, like an existing invention.
본 발명은 대형 더블월의 프리캐스트 판넬 접속 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 대형 더블월의 프리캐스트 판넬 접속 구조를 개선하여, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬 내부에 단차를 갖는 이음부가 좌,우측 양단부에 각각 형성된 와이어 메쉬를 각각 양단부가 돌출되도록 매설하여, 대형 더블월 시공시, 인접된 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬이 상기 이음부에 형성된 단차에 의하여 자동으로 상호 겹쳐져 결합된 상태에서, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬 사이에 충전되는 콘크리트에 의하여 인접된 대형 더블월이 서로 견고하게 일체화되도록 함으로써, 작업성을 향상시켜, 공사 기간을 단축하고 시공비를 크게 절감할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 대형 더블월 제작시, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬을 콘크리트로 동시 타설하여 일체로 연결함으로써, 종래와 같이, 한쪽 프리캐스트 판넬에 연결 보강재를 1차 매입시킨 상태로 굳힌 뒤, 반대편 프리캐스트 판넬의 굳지 않은 콘크리트에 연결 보강재의 다른 일단을 묻혀 2차로 굳히는 복잡한 과정을 거치지 않고도, 보다 간편하고 신속하게 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬을 접속시켜, 시공단가를 크게 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
CONECTION STRUCTURE OF PRECAST PANEL FOR LARGE-SIZE DOUBLE-WALL
The present invention relates to a connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall. According to the present invention, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall is improved. A connection unit having a different floor height embeds a wire mesh individually formed on both left and right ends in inner and outer precast panels in order for both ends of the wire mesh to protrude to the outside. When a large double wall is constructed, the inner and outer precast panels adjacent to each other are connected by automatically overlapping with each other by the different floor height formed in the connection unit. The large double walls adjacent are strongly integrated with each other by concrete filled between the inner and outer precast panels. Therefore, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall can remarkably reduce construction costs and reduce construction periods by improving workability. When the large double wall is manufactured, the concrete is placed into the inner and outer precast panels at the same time and integrally connects the inner and outer precast panels. So, the connection structure for a precast panel of a large double wall can remarkably reduce the construction costs by conveniently and rapidly connecting the inner and outer precast panels without a complex process of firstly embedding a connection reinforcing member in the precast panel on one side and hardening the same and secondarily hardening the other end of the connection reinforcing member by embedding the other end of the connection reinforcing member into the concrete which is not hardened in the precast panel on an opposite side, like an existing invention.
본 발명은 대형 더블월의 프리캐스트 판넬 접속 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 대형 더블월의 프리캐스트 판넬 접속 구조를 개선하여, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬 내부에 단차를 갖는 이음부가 좌,우측 양단부에 각각 형성된 와이어 메쉬를 각각 양단부가 돌출되도록 매설하여, 대형 더블월 시공시, 인접된 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬이 상기 이음부에 형성된 단차에 의하여 자동으로 상호 겹쳐져 결합된 상태에서, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬 사이에 충전되는 콘크리트에 의하여 인접된 대형 더블월이 서로 견고하게 일체화되도록 함으로써, 작업성을 향상시켜, 공사 기간을 단축하고 시공비를 크게 절감할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 대형 더블월 제작시, 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬을 콘크리트로 동시 타설하여 일체로 연결함으로써, 종래와 같이, 한쪽 프리캐스트 판넬에 연결 보강재를 1차 매입시킨 상태로 굳힌 뒤, 반대편 프리캐스트 판넬의 굳지 않은 콘크리트에 연결 보강재의 다른 일단을 묻혀 2차로 굳히는 복잡한 과정을 거치지 않고도, 보다 간편하고 신속하게 내,외 프리캐스트 판넬을 접속시켜, 시공단가를 크게 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
