The present invention relates to a technique capable of easily building a modular structure which has excellent sealing functions, insulation functions, and condensation resistance functions in walls of the modular structure by using an outer panel for assembly. In particular, by using an assembly structure having excellent sealing functions, insulation functions, and condensation resistance functions, a plurality of outer panels are assembled and connected in a longitudinal direction to build the outer wall of the modular structure, and the outer wall is fixedly installed in a wall frame. Thus, the assembly type modular structure having structural stability can be easily and rapidly built.
본 발명은 모듈러 건축물을 시공함에 있어서 모듈러 건축물의 벽체가 우수한 기밀 기능, 단열 기능 및 항결로 성능을 가지면서도 외부패널을 이용하여 용이하게 조립되어 구축될 수 있도록 하는 기술에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 우수한 기밀 기능, 단열 기능 및 항결로 성능을 가지는 조립 구조를 이용하여 복수개의 외부패널이 횡방향으로 조립 연결되어 만들어지는 모듈러 건축물의 외벽, 및 이러한 외벽이 벽체프레임에 고정 설치됨으로써 용이하고 신속하게, 그리고 구조적으로 안정적으로 구축되는 조립식 모듈러 건축물에 관한 것이다.
