The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a modular building which has a wall having excellent sealing and insulating function and dew-preventing properties and can be easily assembled and built by using an outer wall. More specifically, by using an assembly structure having excellent sealing and insulating function, and dew-preventing properties, a plurality of outer panels are vertically assembled and connected to each other to construct the outer wall of the modular building. In addition, the outer wall can be fixed in a wall body frame, the modular building can be simply, rapidly, and structurally stably constructed.
본 발명은 모듈러 건축물을 시공함에 있어서 모듈러 건축물의 벽체가 우수한 기밀 기능, 단열 기능 및 항결로 성능을 가지면서도 외부패널을 이용하여 용이하게 조립되어 구축될 수 있도록 하는 기술에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 우수한 기밀 기능, 단열 기능 및 항결로 성능을 가지는 조립 구조를 이용하여 복수개의 외부패널이 연직방향으로 서로 조립 연결되어 만들어지는 모듈러 건축물의 외벽, 및 이러한 외벽이 벽체프레임에 고정 설치됨으로써 용이하고 신속하게, 그리고 구조적으로 안정적으로 구축되는 조립식 모듈러 건축물에 관한 것이다.
