Ceiling Texture for construction and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an incombustible ceiling texture using stone powder and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly ceiling texture and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein stone powder is used as a main material to easily form a through hole when compared to a texture using soil or stone as a main material. Moreover, when compared to a conventional texture using soil as a main material, high strength and a low expansion contraction rate are provided to prevent a splitting or bending phenomenon, and functions such as antibiotic ability, insulating ability, incombustibility, or the like can be improved.
본 발명은 석분을 이용한 불연성 천장텍스 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 석분(stone powder)을 주재료로 사용하여 흙이나 석재를 주재료로 사용하는 텍스에 비하여 관통홀의 형성이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 흙을 주재료로 사용하는 텍스에 비하여 높은 강도와 낮은 팽창 수축률을 가져 갈라짐이나 휨 현상이 나타나지 않고, 항균성, 단열성, 불연성 등의 기능성이 향상된 친환경 천장텍스 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
